Across TCGA patient cohorts, NFRKB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,638 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NFRKB-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNPS1, CENPM, and CHEK1. Each is linked with NFRKB in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NFRKB-to-partner and partner-to-NFRKB results are reported.
