Across TCGA patient cohorts, NFRKB mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 57 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NFRKB-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, Annexin-1, and MSH6. Each is linked with NFRKB in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NFRKB-to-partner and partner-to-NFRKB results are reported.
