Across TCGA cell cohorts, NFRKB RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,750 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NFRKB-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Meiotic chromosome condensation, Epigenetic regulation of gene expression, and Signal transduction in response to DNA damage. Each is linked with NFRKB in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NFRKB-to-partner and partner-to-NFRKB results are reported.
