NFKBIB

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NFKBIB RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,458 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NFKBIB-associated genes across cancer lineages are YIF1B, SDHAF1, and PAF1. Each is linked with NFKBIB in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NFKBIB-to-partner and partner-to-NFKBIB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NFKBIB versus YIF1B in KICH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NFKBIB→partner) and Y-score (partner→NFKBIB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
