NFKBIB

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NFKBIB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 638 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NFKBIB-associated genes across cancer lineages are MT-TE, TRAJ12, and ATG12P1. Each is linked with NFKBIB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NFKBIB-to-partner and partner-to-NFKBIB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MT-TE grouped by NFKBIB-low versus NFKBIB-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NFKBIB→partner) and Y-score (partner→NFKBIB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
