Across TCGA cell cohorts, NFIL3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NFIL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPINK9, BPIFB6, and CCDC54. Each is linked with NFIL3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NFIL3-to-partner and partner-to-NFIL3 results are reported.
