NFIC

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NFIC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,280 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NFIC-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6851, KRT18P53, and RPL32P19. Each is linked with NFIC in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NFIC-to-partner and partner-to-NFIC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6851 grouped by NFIC-low versus NFIC-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NFIC→partner) and Y-score (partner→NFIC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
