Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NFIB RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,811 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NFIB-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NFIB_S328, PSIP1, and SMARCA2. Each is linked with NFIB in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NFIB-to-partner and partner-to-NFIB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NFIB versus NFIB_S328 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NFIB→partner) and Y-score (partner→NFIB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
