Across TCGA cell cohorts, NFIB RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,195 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NFIB-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Multi-ciliated epithelial cell differentiation, Regulation of epithelial cell proliferation involved in lung morphogenesis, and Cell proliferation in forebrain. Each is linked with NFIB in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NFIB-to-partner and partner-to-NFIB results are reported.
