Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NFIA protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,441 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NFIA-associated genes across cancer lineages are NFIA-AS1, MIR99AHG, and CIRBP. Each is linked with NFIA in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NFIA-to-partner and partner-to-NFIA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NFIA versus NFIA-AS1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.75.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NFIA→partner) and Y-score (partner→NFIA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
