Across TCGA patient cohorts, NFE2L1-DT RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,190 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NFE2L1-DT-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BPTF, COIL, and U2SURP. Each is linked with NFE2L1-DT in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NFE2L1-DT-to-partner and partner-to-NFE2L1-DT results are reported.
