Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NFE2L1-DT RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated NFE2L1-DT data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher NFE2L1-DT RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NFE2L1-DT expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and BLCA show a favorable association.

KIRC, UCS, and LIHC are the cancer types where NFE2L1-DT RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
