NFATC2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NFATC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,434 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NFATC2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GRAP2, IL16, and ANKRD44. Each is linked with NFATC2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NFATC2-to-partner and partner-to-NFATC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NFATC2 versus GRAP2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NFATC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NFATC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
