NFATC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NFATC2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 64 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NFATC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, eIF4E, and ACC1. Each is linked with NFATC2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NFATC2-to-partner and partner-to-NFATC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-B1 grouped by NFATC2-low versus NFATC2-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NFATC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NFATC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
