The most reproducible NFATC2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of vascular associated smooth muscle cell differentiation, Regulation of early endosome to late endosome transport, and Mucosal immune response. Each is linked with NFATC2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NFATC2-to-partner and partner-to-NFATC2 results are reported.
