Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, NFATC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,567 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NFATC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPP6R2, MLC1, and ATP1A3. Each is linked with NFATC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NFATC2-to-partner and partner-to-NFATC2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PPP6R2 grouped by NFATC2-low versus NFATC2-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NFATC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NFATC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
