NFATC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NFATC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,246 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NFATC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SAAL1, CENPS, and RCC1. Each is linked with NFATC1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NFATC1-to-partner and partner-to-NFATC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SAAL1 grouped by NFATC1-low versus NFATC1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NFATC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NFATC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
