Across TCGA patient cohorts, NFAM1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,274 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NFAM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLTP, RASSF4, and HAVCR2. Each is linked with NFAM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NFAM1-to-partner and partner-to-NFAM1 results are reported.
