Across TCGA cell cohorts, NF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,470 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NF2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of protein localization to early endosome, Positive regulation of protein localization to early endosome, and Positive regulation of early endosome to late endosome transport. Each is linked with NF2 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NF2-to-partner and partner-to-NF2 results are reported.
