NF1P9

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NF1P9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 31 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NF1P9-associated genes across cancer lineages are CPS1-IT1, OR9G3P, and IGLJ5. Each is linked with NF1P9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NF1P9-to-partner and partner-to-NF1P9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CPS1-IT1 grouped by NF1P9-low versus NF1P9-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NF1P9→partner) and Y-score (partner→NF1P9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
