Q-omics provides the consensus-scored OR9G3P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. OR9G3P expression is associated with patient survival in 13 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in THCA. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, OR9G3P is differentially expressed in 1, with the highest sampling consensus in PRAD. Additionally, OR9G3P RNA expression shows 5,772 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Together, these results highlight THCA, PRAD, and STAD as cancer lineages where OR9G3P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
