NF1P10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NF1P10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,844 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NF1P10-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of cell cycle phase transition, Positive regulation of mitotic cell cycle phase transition, and Positive regulation of cell cycle G2/M phase transition. Each is linked with NF1P10 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NF1P10-to-partner and partner-to-NF1P10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of cell cycle phase transition grouped by NF1P10-low versus NF1P10-high in STAD.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NF1P10→partner) and Y-score (partner→NF1P10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
