Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NF1P10 RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 1 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of NF1P10’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where NF1P10 RNA is more highly expressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types NF1P10 is over-expressed in tumor.
UCEC are the cancer types where NF1P10 tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
