Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NF1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,639 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NF1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NF1_S2543, NF1_S2597, and NF1_T2565. Each is linked with NF1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NF1-to-partner and partner-to-NF1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
