NF1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,915 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are BIRC6, TAOK1, and TAF15. Each is linked with NF1 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NF1-to-partner and partner-to-NF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
