NEXN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NEXN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NEXN-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASB17, OR5H2, and OR2C1. Each is linked with NEXN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEXN-to-partner and partner-to-NEXN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASB17 grouped by NEXN-low versus NEXN-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NEXN→partner) and Y-score (partner→NEXN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
