NEUROG3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NEUROG3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,619 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NEUROG3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Lymphocyte activation involved in immune response, Marginal zone B cell differentiation, and Regulation of CD4-positive, CD25-positive, alpha-beta regulatory T cell differentiation. Each is linked with NEUROG3 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEUROG3-to-partner and partner-to-NEUROG3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Lymphocyte activation involved in immune response grouped by NEUROG3-low versus NEUROG3-high in ESCA.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NEUROG3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NEUROG3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
