NEUROG3

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NEUROG3 RNA is linked to patient survival in 25 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated NEUROG3 data layer compared with 4 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher NEUROG3 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NEUROG3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and PAAD show a favorable association.

UCEC, SKCM, and KIRC are the cancer types where NEUROG3 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
