NEUROG3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NEUROG3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 225 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NEUROG3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCDH11X, RNASEH2A, and LILRA1. Each is linked with NEUROG3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEUROG3-to-partner and partner-to-NEUROG3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NEUROG3 versus PCDH11X in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.99.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NEUROG3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NEUROG3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
