Across TCGA patient cohorts, NEUROD4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,270 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NEUROD4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ribosomal small subunit biogenesis, Spindle assembly, and Nucleobase-containing compound transport. Each is linked with NEUROD4 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEUROD4-to-partner and partner-to-NEUROD4 results are reported.
