The most reproducible NEUROD4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Galactolipid biosynthetic process, Regulation of CD8-positive, alpha-beta T cell proliferation, and Regulation of interleukin-1 production. Each is linked with NEUROD4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEUROD4-to-partner and partner-to-NEUROD4 results are reported.
