NEUROD4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NEUROD4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NEUROD4-associated genes across cancer lineages are DNAAF6, OR6X1, and FCAMR. Each is linked with NEUROD4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEUROD4-to-partner and partner-to-NEUROD4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DNAAF6 grouped by NEUROD4-low versus NEUROD4-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NEUROD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→NEUROD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
