Across TCGA cell cohorts, NEUROD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 544 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NEUROD1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Amacrine cell differentiation, Noradrenergic neuron development, and Sodium-dependent phosphate transport. Each is linked with NEUROD1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEUROD1-to-partner and partner-to-NEUROD1 results are reported.
