NEURL1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NEURL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,011 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NEURL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ICAM1, TRADD, and MSN. Each is linked with NEURL1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEURL1-to-partner and partner-to-NEURL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NEURL1 versus ICAM1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NEURL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NEURL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
