Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NEURL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,808 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NEURL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DNAL4, SOS2, and DDHD1. Each is linked with NEURL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEURL1-to-partner and partner-to-NEURL1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NEURL1 versus DNAL4 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.61.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NEURL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NEURL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
