Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NEURL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 906 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NEURL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-222P, RNU6-919P, and RN7SL339P. Each is linked with NEURL1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEURL1-to-partner and partner-to-NEURL1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-222P grouped by NEURL1-low versus NEURL1-high in LIHC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NEURL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NEURL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
