NEURL1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NEURL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,380 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NEURL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DAPK1, CDC42BPG, and ZNF488. Each is linked with NEURL1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEURL1-to-partner and partner-to-NEURL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NEURL1 versus DAPK1 in OVARY, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NEURL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NEURL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
