NEU3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NEU3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,368 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NEU3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPME1, FKBP5, and THAP12_S141. Each is linked with NEU3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEU3-to-partner and partner-to-NEU3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NEU3 versus PPME1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NEU3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NEU3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
