NEU3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NEU3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,443 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NEU3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR7702, RNU4-58P, and SAR1AP3. Each is linked with NEU3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEU3-to-partner and partner-to-NEU3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR7702 grouped by NEU3-low versus NEU3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NEU3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NEU3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
