Across TCGA patient cohorts, NEU2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,661 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NEU2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATAD5, KIF18B, and H1-0. Each is linked with NEU2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEU2-to-partner and partner-to-NEU2 results are reported.
