Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NEU2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NEU2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDCD4, XBP1, and eIF4E. Each is linked with NEU2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEU2-to-partner and partner-to-NEU2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PDCD4 grouped by NEU2-low versus NEU2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NEU2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NEU2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
