Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, NEU2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,233 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NEU2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ANXA9, TUBA1B, and AURKB. Each is linked with NEU2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEU2-to-partner and partner-to-NEU2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NEU2 versus ANXA9 in STOMACH, with a Pearson correlation of -0.52.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NEU2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NEU2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
