Across TCGA patient cohorts, NETO2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,026 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NETO2-associated genes across cancer lineages are DNAJC9, NCKIPSD, and UBBP3. Each is linked with NETO2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NETO2-to-partner and partner-to-NETO2 results are reported.
