NETO1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NETO1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,054 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NETO1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CNN2, CRTAP, and FN1. Each is linked with NETO1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NETO1-to-partner and partner-to-NETO1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NETO1 versus CNN2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NETO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NETO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
