Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NETO1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated NETO1 data layer compared with 9 for mutation status and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher NETO1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NETO1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and THCA show a favorable association.
CESC, KIRP, and UCEC are the cancer types where NETO1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.

Ranked by sampling consensus. AUC1 and AUC2 indicate survival in the high- and low-expression groups, respectively; the lower AUC marks the poorer-surviving group. p-values are from the log-rank test.
