NETO1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NETO1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,080 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NETO1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLD5, PKIA, and MAP4K2. Each is linked with NETO1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NETO1-to-partner and partner-to-NETO1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NETO1 versus PLD5 in BONE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NETO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NETO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
