NETO1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NETO1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NETO1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2A5, TEX50, and H3C11. Each is linked with NETO1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NETO1-to-partner and partner-to-NETO1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR2A5 grouped by NETO1-low versus NETO1-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NETO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NETO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
