NET1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NET1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,353 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NET1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are JUP, KIAA1217, and PFKP. Each is linked with NET1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NET1-to-partner and partner-to-NET1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NET1 versus JUP in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NET1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NET1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
