Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NET1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,948 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NET1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS6KA5, TMEM116, and EML2. Each is linked with NET1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NET1-to-partner and partner-to-NET1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NET1 versus RPS6KA5 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.31.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NET1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NET1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
