NET1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NET1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,646 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NET1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM263, BAG3, and LSS. Each is linked with NET1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NET1-to-partner and partner-to-NET1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TMEM263 grouped by NET1-low versus NET1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NET1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NET1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
